Condition
- Prior to the premises first being brought into use, details of the noise mitigation measures relating to the air conditioning units shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority to ensure that the rating level of noise emitted from the plant and equipment hereby approved (determined using the guidance of BS4142:2014 Rating for industrial noise affecting mixed residential and industrial areas) shall be at least 5dB below the existing measured ambient noise level LA90. Thereafter, the development shall be implemented in accordance with the approved mitigation measures unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority
