Conditions
- Prior to the new southern car park being made available for use, the following details shall have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning
Authority in writing;-- 1:20 scale elevations of signage and information boards to be installed and details of final colour finish, and
- a 1:200 scale layout plan showing the location of signage and information boards.
Unless any subsequent variation is agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority, the approved details shall be installed prior to the car park being available for use and shall thereafter be retained for so long as the southern car park is available for use to customers visiting the development.
