We want to improve the health and wellbeing of local people by creating a sustainable health and social care system that provides community services as close to home as possible.
To do this we have been working hand in hand with Kent County Council (KCC), local communities, providers and voluntary organisations. By working together we have created community networks that will improve the way your essential health and care services are provided locally.
There are now three community networks which are made up of local people who can have their say on health services in the NHS Ashford Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) area.
