Conditions:
- Prior to commencement of the development the applicant shall provide written evidence to the LPA that a formal process of approvals between the applicant and HS1 has been entered into and commenced. The approvals process shall accord with the processes set out in the Network Rail (High Speed) Outside Parties Development Handbook Document Reference C/05/OP/32/3002.
