The original application was an application to vary conditions 17, 20, 21, 22 and 25 previously approved under planning approval 12/01295/AS.
Conditions:
- Prior to the commencement of the development the details of the new pedestrian access from the site to Norman Road including details of the proposed bridge shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority and the development shall subsequently be carried out in accordance with the approved details and shall be available for use by the public before the use herby approved is commenced.
