Conditions:
Archaeology (new southern car park)
- No development involving preparation for or the creation of the new southern car park shall take place until a programme of archaeological work has been agreed in accordance with a written specification and timetable which has previously been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority in writing.
- Within 3 months of the completion of the approved archaeological works a report containing details of the final archaeological recording work and the archaeological work report from the appointed archaeological contractor shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority in writing prior to opening of the New Southern Car Park.
