Works to Victoria Road frontage (deletion of access/creation of new access and substation layby:)
- The new layby for service vehicles accessing the proposed sub-station, the new vehicular entrance into the site and the reinstatement of the existing vehicular access to footway containing street trees shall only be constructed to a specification and in materials that have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority (following consultation with the local highways authority) in writing prior to the relevant works being implemented.
