Conditions

  1. No development shall commence within Plots 2,3, 4 and 5 shall commence above ground level until details of the proposed substations relevant to those plots have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority in writing. The details shallinclude as a minimum precise location, appearance, enclosures, servicing and landscaping necessary to screen/ameliorate the substations in the street scene. Thereafter the substations shall be implemented in full accordance with the entirety of the approved details and maintained in perpetuity.
