Ashford Borough Council have approved a proposal to undertake a Community Governance Review. The proposal discussed and agreed by the Constitional Review Committee https://secure.ashford.gov.uk/commit…/CommitteeDetails.aspx… on 11th February was approved by the full Council https://secure.ashford.gov.uk/commit…/CommitteeDetails.aspx… on 19th February. A consultation will start immediately. South Ashford Community Forum will continue with the preparation of a petition to show the support for a Community Council.
