Two of the planning applications for land at the junction of Beaver Road and Victoria Road, dubbed ‘Victoria Way’ by developer U+I, are to be considered by Ashford Borough Council’s Planning Committee on 19th October. The application for a brewery with visitor centre and residential accommodation and that for a retail store (designed for Aldi) will be considered by the Committee. The separate application for a hotel is not on the agenda for the meeting.
